Default FRont turn signals not working??

Ive had a problem with the front turn signals. It seems about a week ago..i had the front drivers side orange lights that are always on was out. When you put the directional on..it flashes quicker than normal inside. The back lights are working. Then the right side in the front did the same thing. NOW...when i put the key in..and turn the ignition...it looks like those lights are on...but they dont blink on either the left or right side. the rear blink..but fast. Any ideas what i need or could be wrong? It looks like theres no blown bulbs?

just to let you know...its a 99. I pushed the hazard button inside. The rear blink at the normal speed ...but the front dont blink at all..but stay lit. When using the directional..both rear blink fast...but no action up front..except being lit.

Sounds like both the front R & L turn signal bulbs are burned out. There are two bulbs in each of the front lenses, the other bulb is smaller and is the front side running light, front equilivant of the small red side light in the rear fender. Since it's relatively easy to do, I would try replacing the bulb on one side and see what happens.

Good luck.

Forgot, these are double filament bulbs, so the drl could work but the turn sig filament could be shot. Same thing happened to my right side, in fact I could make the turn sig work briefly by jiggling the connector. Replaced the bulb, cleaned the connector, now works fine.

I had the same problem, replaced all the bulbs, checked the connections, switched bulbs from one side to the other. spent count less hours, the vette looked like a honda exploded, found the real problem in the turn signal switch, and my extened warranty,LOL..wanted to cover only after market part,,Not on my BABY,, check the wire coming out the switch, good luck..
