I have a 2000 vette m6
ms4, lg headers, x, -cats, slp loudmouth, ziptie, all the stuff to go with the cam... but my numbers seem to be very low...

The LS2 intake manifold is 90mm.

I have the MS3 on my 00 and I made 413 with the LS6 intake and an UD pulley. I figured the 2 of them worth about 15 maybe 20 hp.

My understanding is the LS2 intake doesn't flow as good as the LS6. Of course I read it on the Internet, so it has to be true.

There have been a number of very positive LS2 manifold / TB experiments. Some shops know how to make power and most don't. It's really that simple.
