Wiper issue
So I finally pick up my baby 
The previous owner told me there was an issue with the wiper not turning off. I immediatly though of the module, he said no they need to be adjusted. He's had this problem before and apparently his local dealership fix it by adjusting the arms. He said something about the little disc on the arm assembly is catching causing the wiper to run constantly.
Does this sound right? I don't plan on driving it in the rain however I have NO wipers since the only way to keep them off is to pull the fuse.
