Default Ran Daisy again...

Only 1/8 mile, since HRP strictly enforces the convertible rule. I went 8.42 @ 85.55. That is only off my best ever time at that track by .06. It was 70 degrees and 90%+ humidity. My best ever at that track on pretty darned good racing weather night is a 8.36 @ 86 flat. So the cam is already right on top of that ET in warmer more humid weather. I wsa beginning to wonder if the cam had done anything for me as the racing weather that I have participated in has been horrendous since the addition of the cam. My only consolation was that a friend who has a 6 speed 2001 SS was running high 8s and low, low 9s. While I was in the 8.6 range. He was always about .1 slower than me before the cam. It still sucked because like most of us, we want to see a gain over our best with any mods...NOW. Unfortunately, weather has a lot to do with it.

How 'bout this one? I am still on the original F1s, yep 31,500 mile F1s and I still cut a 1.99 sixty foot.

That's the nice thing about these cars...we can spend all of our money on mods. Time to get more stuff, at least for me.
