OBDII - CarChip E/X specs for Corvette
I recently bought the carchip E/X. No tools or automotive expertise required! Just plug CarChip into the OBDII port (easily found under the dashboard or steering wheel) and you're ready to roll. Once installed, CarChip reads and stores data from your car's on-board computers, continuously logging driving and engine performance.

Correct me if i am wrong, but i believe that you already have on board diagnostics . If any paramaters are out of whack you will know when you do an on board diagnostics check. This device only repeats what you already have. What is the advantage?
