If you look at that Timken chart closer....I think the dimension in question would be referred to as the "brake pilot dia", which is listed at 70.6mm. That would be the dimension of the center hole for the brake disc which slides over the hub assembly.
What they mean by "hub pilot dia" for that bearing assembly is obviously not what you are thinking of as the wheel hub dia.
I can't believe someone would put those specifications on their web site without a diagram of what each dimension was! Any way, I agree with Y2Kvert4me, you are looking for the 70.1mm, you will probably want to counter bore the inside of your spacer to clear the 70.6 brake lip, not sure how far out it sticks but it is probably a little past the rotor. I would cut about a .100 chamfer on the inside of the spacers that goes towards the rotors.
I bet the "Hub Pilot Dia G" 91.42mm is the OD of the bearing that fits into the steering knuckle. That would sound about the right size.
