I use fresh Valvoline SynPower DOT 3/4 fluid in both. I don't think it's specifically the correct fluid for the clutch, but I haven't had any problems with it.
Also haven't had any problems with fluid boiling, but again, mine's always fresh when I'm headed to the track. Autocross isn't quite so picky, but on the track I like to minimize things that can go wrong.

For the street and autoX this is good enough for both. For a road course I would go to something with a higher boil point. I use ATE Super Blue for the brakes. I still use the Synpower for the clutch.
BTW - I change out my clutch fluid all the time.

You might want to try Ford High Performance Fluid. I know Ford but...
The choice of many in the Motor Home Forums where overheating brakes can be a major problem, very high boiling point and a great price. I have used it for about 7 years now.
Barrier
sounds good ill look into those listed. anyone know the capacity of the entire brake system? i want to flush it out completely with all new and dont want to run out when im half way done

buy yourself a motive pressure bleeder that will make your life easy.
just take out the old fluid from the reservoir and replace with new. then apply the pressure bleeder to the reservoir and pump to 12# of pressure. Open the bleeder valve and wait for the new fluid to come through. If you use the blue it is easy to see the new stuff. Just make sure you dont run out of fluid inthe reservoir.

Blue????? I'll bite, is this a brand, a type, an additive, I don't know this one.
Does anyone use or recomend Motul? I used it in my 300zxtt it seemed to work well, I have also use the Super Blue in a girl friends Honda but she doesn't do any hard breaking, picked it mostly because it looks cool.
