Remove the Electronic Brake Control Module/Break Pressure Modulator Valve (EBTCM/BPMV) and bracket, if equipped. Refer to Brake Pressure Modulator Valve (BPMV) Replacement in Antilock Brake System.
Remove the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement in Engine Mechanical.
Install the J 25034-C on the pump pulley and remove the pulley.
Installation Procedure
Tools Required
J 25033-C Pump Pulley Installer

Using J 25033-C install the pump pulley onto the pump.

Important
Pulley must be installed onto pump shaft so that the pulley hub is flush with the pump shaft.
Install the hub plug into pulley.
Install the Electronic Brake Control Module/Break Pressure Modulator Valve (EBTCM/BPMV) and bracket, if equipped. Refer to Brake Pressure Modulator Valve (BPMV) Replacement in Antilock Brake System.
Install the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement in Engine Mechanical.

It is much the same procedure as installing a crank pulley.
BTW bashing it on with a hammer doesn't work...

The install tool is the way to go because it consists of a stud that goes into the pump shaft and another piece that screws onto that and has fine pitch threads so you can press the pulley on easier. Of course the tool is hardened tool-grade material which can take the forces needed to press the pulley on.
