Difference between FAST and LS6 intake?

Difference between FAST and LS6 intake?
How much better is a FAST intake than an LS6? I am also doing a head and cam swap. Probably AFR 205s with a cam for my LS1 A4. I also have kooks long tubes, high flow cats and straight pipes. Is there 400.00 dollars difference?

If you compare the amount of extra HP you get from an electric water pump, the FAST is a screaming bargain.

With H&C, you will see a gain with the FAST intake.
I know the person above was sarcastic when talking about the electric water pump. You'll be lucky to see 4rwhp with that.
I saw 13rwhp and 20rwtq with the fast intake over the LS6.
