Oil Temp Question

Hi all, I just recently (3 weeks ago) picked up an 01 coupe. It is not a daily driver, so therefore today was the first time I looked at the oil temp. It was at 219 coming home from the office. I would say I was in normal city traffic and drove maybe 20 miles or 30 minutes. Is this a normal temp or is it high.
By the way I am in Florida and the temp is around 90.

Normal oil temps in city traffic.

On the freeway the oil temp will be a few degrees above the coolant temp, which should be about 192 deg F if the stock thermostat is installed.

This is normal oil temp as you want the oil temp to be above 215. The reason for this is for the water vapor trapped in the crankcase to be burned off.
