I would't drill one at all. 
Drilling the TB is actually just a band-aid for the problem IMO. If you get it tuned properly, you shouldn't need one. (Of course I'm assuming you're not installing a T-rex or somthing simular in size)

This is not an F-Body, you have a PCM capable of cracking the throttle.
