How do you remove the sun visor clip?

How do you remove the sun visor clip?
Does anyone know how to remove the clip for the sun visor? Mine is broken and I have a replacement piece but the clip looks like it has a plastic rivet holding it in place. I expected a screw but this looks like one of those blind tabs.

One of mine broke so I ordered mine a few days ago and they should be in this week. All I needed was one for the driver's side but the salesman said that they come in a package of five for $1.50. I guess I'll have extra's.
