Diff Bolt Leaking
Got a slight leak in rear diff.....not coming from vent tube....or seems (where they usually leak from)....but from one of the diff cover bolts on rt side which is the only thing wet. any ideas on fix??

Had both of my rear covers replaced under warranty. Dealer said covers were warped per service bulletin. Now have 33500 miles with no leaks. Only problem was dealer didn't use synthetic oil. Had to do a change myself when diff started making noise. Synthetic oil and possie additive made for a very quiet operation.

My differential is leaking, but theres no sign of wheer. The covers are dry, the vent is dry. The coupe floor above the trans/diff junction on the passenger side is wet, but theres no wet diff spot. Then theres a fluid "pooling" spot at the sump of the trans by the diff, but its dif fluid not trans. Simular at all to yours, or can you focus on one specific spot/bolt?
