Keyless Entry Problems with full PCM error code list
I was unable to retrain the fob on my 99FRC. I replaced the battery in the fob, and was still unable to train it. I bought a new fob (the correct passive one) and was unable to train it also. I ran the DIC codes and came up with the following (all history codes, none current):
40 BCM
B2721 PASS Key Detection Circuit
58 SDM
U1016 Loss of communications with PCM
B1001 Option configuration error
B0 RFA
U1096 Loss of communications with IPC
U1064 Loss of communications with DCM
U1016 Loss of communications with PCM
C2105 Right Front TPM sensor malfunction (this just happened yesterday)
Is this just a battery or something worse? It isn't losing sync or training with the fob, I am unable to train it at all, it just sits on the hold lk+unlk screen no matter which fob I try.
Thanks in advance for any help
EDIT: All fuses checked and the TPM system is still working on all four corners. The battery is putting out 12.5 volts with the car off, haven't been able to check it during cranking.
EDIT2: Battery drops to 11.2 during cranking

There is a chance that it might be the receiver. I'm told (although I have never seen it) that it is in the side panel in the trunk behind the drivers side seat. Hope someone else can chime in here.....I had nothing but trouble with the fob on my '98. I could retrain it, but it never would work longer than 20 seconds and then it quit.
If it was the receiver, I would think that the TPM wouldn't be working, and it is working OK, although the right front stopped responded for a couple minutes yesterday, then came back.
