My check engine light came on and this was the code that was displayed. The DTC listing I printed form the forum shows this as EVAP system small leak detected. What would cause this?

I found the hose that goes between the firewall connection and the EVAP solenoid on mine was leaking. I used a Miti-vac to test it, but sealing the hose is an issue. Two ballpoint pens did the trick and I could put them in the hose and pull a vacuum. I cut the ends so they would insert and made sure they were smooth to not damage the seal. The photo below gives you the idea. There is also a hose between the front of the manifold and the solenoid as well that should be checked. To remove these hoses, you push on one side of the grey/white tab, don't squeeze the grey/white tab.

Filling your gas tank with the engine running is the most probable cause.

I ran into this twice, both times when I filled up at the same station. I stopped going to this station and haven't had it since. It CAN also be caused by not closing your gas cap all the way (always click it a few times).
