Help Me Please, Sway Bar Bushing Size
I am still trying to figure out the sway bar bushing size for my 99.
I want to replace them with polyurethane. Got the squak and poping deal. Greased them twice stops for a while. What to fix it once and for all.
I contacted Vette Brakes, they were very nice but said I need to measure them with an open end wrench.
It should have a 26 mm in front and a 22 mm in rear but also list a 30 mm in front and a 24 mm in rear.
Here is my problem : I don't have a vast array of wrenches. None that size.
So I get out my slide claiper and from side to side the bushing measures
42 mm.
Someone must know what size comes on these cars, AND HAS REPLACED THEM.
The tag on the sway bar has this number on it XB 10283945.
PLEASE give me some suggestions.

This site lists all the stock swaybar sizes. Sizes are O.D. of swaybar and will be the I.D. of the bushings. I bougnt polyurethane bushings for my Z06 swaybars from Ecklers. The 30mm front/24mm rear is for Z06 swaybars. They come with lube. Also a 99 will have the non-metal endlinks, might want to upgrade to metal if yours are stock.
