Does anyone know why the horn and outside air temp would go at the same time on my C5(air temp reads 69)? I pulled the horn out today thinking it was something obvious but it's not. I don't know how to check the horn electrically, and don't even know where the outside air temp sensor is. Any advice??
Thanks.

Outside air temp sensor is on the lower right side, on the radiator shroud. If it is open (ripped off, been there done that ) it will read 69. It will thow a code on your Drivers Interface Councel, in the HVAC, and a C (current) means it still can not read from it. Horn??? Good luck!
