Default Red Fluid Leak....

I have noticed a reddish/ pinkish fluid that was leaking near the front of the car. I looked under the vette and noticed that the fluid is right around the oil pan area and this is were it seem to leak off of the car onto the garage floor . It is coming from the front diverside of the car.It used to be a small dropp the size of a quater every week, the other day I pulled the car outta the garage and there was a line of this fluid following the garage. Now I’m not sure if it is Trans fluid, coolant or power steering fluid. If I had to take a guess I would stay that it is Trans fluid, but looking for insight and anything that would help. This is a 98 Auto with 110K on the clock.

Default leak

You didn't mention which side of the car the leak was on. The tranny coolant lines run to the radiator on the right side of the car, and the only reddish fluid is the tranny fluid or the power steering fluid. If the leak is on the left front I imagine it is from the power steering. Hope you find the leak easily.

Possibly coolant? or Power Steering.. I'm going to bet you need a water pump.. this is without looking at your car so I could be wrong.. but my guess is that.. is it oil'y ot more like the consistancy of water?

Dexcool is a red/orange/pink color..

The consistency of the fluid is oily, so my guess would be AT fluid or power steering. It hard to troubleshoot this kind of thing on the forum. I think that I’m just going to have it checked out soon.
