Does anyone have pictures of them side by side (ported and unported FAST intakes)?
You can open them up so I think porting is not that hard specially on plastic.
Just my $0.02

I haven't seen any that have been professionally done, somewhat of a trade secret

I also don't think it is all material removal, but rather an epoxy build in certain locations.

First Ive heard of adding epoxy. Youd think someone that sent one of these out for porting would have opened it up and posted pics. I would have at least had a peak to see what these magic port jobs are all about.

I bought mine used off this forum that was supposedly ported by TEA. If someone can tell me where its ported there is a case of beer waiting for you.

I have read (not seen mind you) that there is a radius mis-match at the head intake port, and that an epoxy fill is used after which it is blended to better match the head. I know Tony Mamo does a lot of work deep inside, not sure how he does it, but it takes him several hours and his results have been very consistent and very good.
