Default What about CA 91 octane?

Ninety-three octane is not an option for those of us in the People's Republic of California.

Also, I would much prefer to keep the stock thermostat and add a Dewitt's Direct Fit to keep temps under control - I would prefer a steady 190 or so, and a thermostat alone can't do much for that after warm-up.

Are CA inhabitants better off with a local tune?

Mail order tunes are $350.

for the guys in hot climates, high altitude, or low octane.....or all three.....I make specific changes in the calibration to accomodate the different circumstances....It's no problem. I do a lot of it.....

The fancy radiator is totally unnecessary...all you need is a 160 stat and the fan settings I include in the tune and you will run fine in any temp.....usualy between 190 and 200.....
