i'm gonna recommend doing a search bec. i've seen this issue a lot. It's prob. coming in from the back window area - and then working its way down the back pillars (behind the plastics near the seatbelt pivot point at the top). <-- vague/crappy description lol

just my .02 but i know there are lots of cars having this issue.

Check the "udders" to make sure they are clear as well as the area above them. These are rubber vents that hang down under the firewall area.

First place to check is in the driver side wheel well. Remove the 7mm screws that hold the cover panel in place directly behind the left front tire. If you look up in there you will see 3 udders. You can squeeze them near the top and pull them right out. Clean them out and also check the area above them by reaching up in the holes with a finger to make sure nothing is blocking them. They can also be access from the top by removing the wiper motor and cover but that's a bigger pain.

There is also one right above the passenger side of the bellhousing (much easier on a lift) and also in the passenger side above the PCM on the side of the battery. Can be accessed by removing the battery.

If these clog, water will run down behind the plastic kickpanels and under the carpet. I had one case where a magnetic business card placed on a car at a show slid down and covered a vent and in a pouring storm the car flooded. HAd to remove the carpet on the drivers side to dry it out.

May be wrong, but worth a check.
