Default 02 ZO6 HID Problems. HELP!

I have a 2002 ZO6 and I purchased a HID kit for my low beams. The kit is plug and play so it took about 15 minutes total to install. Now my headlights will not flip down when I turn my lights off. Has anyone heard of this problem. They will go up if I manually crank them down and then turn the headlights back on, but still not go down. Does it not see the correct voltage or resistance, causing it to go into a safety mood? Please help!!!

The polarity is most likely backwards. When I bought my kit I had to reverse the plug going into the ballast.

mine has the same problem, if you push the high beam's on (forward) after shutting the lights off, the doors will close all the way, just flick the light back to low beam after they go down.

There are resistors that you can wire into the power lines, but not sure what they are supposed to be, I believe Tuan know's.
