ok heres the deal going in a while to get x- pipe put in if i remove cats how do i stop the codes i know you can you sims but was told i can remove them with pred. hand held programer is this true .if so how cant find any links through search thank you for any help

I think some hand held tuners can but i would just take it to a tuner and have them removed.
