shouldn't be a problem - put a wrench on each of the tightener bolts (the one that goes thru the tightener wheel), apply force to turn wrench clockwise I believe - this causes the tensioner to loosen and remove the belt
Replace is opposite - shouldn't be any big problem,
Can you describe what you do with the belt tensioners to release the tension & also, I'm concerned about the A/C belt as it looks like it could be a bear.
Put your socket on the pulley tensioner as if you were going to tighten it - and do just that. As it rotates the pulley, it will relieve the tension on the belt, allowing you to slip it off.
The A/C belt can be a bit tricky. Tackle it from underneath using the same technique.
Mine shreddded off on the Kerbeck toys for tots run. Easiest thing I've ever done. Had help from two forum members with a spare belt, when I got home I bought a new one, and it literally takes 5 minutes to change
The a/c belt will be the difficult one. If it looks like it won't loosen up enough to get the belt on, really lean into it and it will move that little bit extra and the belt will slide on.
The "trick" for the long accessory belt is to do the water pump last. Its conical shape allows the belt to be slid on while the idler is held back. The biggest pain with this belt is getting it to loop around the fixed idler pulley between the crank and PS pump. This is something I would not want to do on the road at night in a cold rain.
