C5 Brake Squeak
My rear left rear brake squeaks when slowing to a stop. The dealer says the pads and disks are in great shape. They say it is normal brake squeak. I don't believe it. Any ideas?

Does it squeak all the time, or just in the morning for the first few stops? It's pretty normal for brakes to squeal a little in the morning because of moisture (dew).

They squeak after the car has been warmed up and only make noise when the speed has been reduced to 10-15 mph, just as I am coming to a stop. No problem in the morning.

I never had brake squeal until I just changed all 4 pads and cut all 4 rotors. I went with the stock GM pads. It squeeks when I slow to a stop, annoys the heck out of me. I'm considering going back to the installer to fix it!
