predator tuner question
what is this unlocked and updated stuff about?
Reason im asking is we have 2 vette's.. mine (99 a4 coupe) and dad's (04 a4 vert) and i was wondering if i could eventually take a tuner that i bought and use it on my dad's car if i were to get rid of mine..
anything would help!

When I bought mine it was specific for an 04. Now, I used the pre-programmed load so I don't know if a custom tune could be done on a pre 04. Might want to ask their customer service people. As for locking, once you upload the tune in a car, you can't use the programmer again unless the tune is downloaded into back the device, hence it's "locked".
