Default head light makeing noise
my vette is making a strange noise when the lights close up when it closes theres a load buzzing sound for about 5 sec. could this be that plastic gear going bad. it opens fine but when it closes the motor keeps turning and buzzes than stops

Probably yes, but it could be driving against the stop until timing out, search "headlight noisy" or similar and you'll find all kind of threads about causes and repairs.
