Latest on the running hot problem
Finally had a chance to take to the tuner concerning the running too hot while at idle and the fans not kicking in. The guys at 21st Century Muscle Cars were great. After having my car at the dealer for a day and having them tell me they couldn't find anything wrong with it, it took Kenny all of 5 minutes to find the problem; the damn dealer flashed the pcm the last time I was there when they replaced a fuel pump. Wiped out my edit tune. Everything from putting me back to 273 gears from the 342's I've got, fan temp settings, air-fuel ratio, shift points.... you name it they did it. Had the guys at 21'st reinstall it and all appears to be back to normal. Not so much they did it, but not telling me when I specifically told them not to. Told them I had a 160 stat and a tune and they did it anyway. Don't you just love the dealerships?
