Default Hints on blackwing install.

Just installed my new blackwing filter and the power coupler from wcc and it was great except a couple of things that were left out on the instructions. Here they are if you are installing in a 97 to 2000: 1) You will need to drill a sizable hole in the air duct for the iat sensor and install it there. I had to use a 5/8" wood boring bit for the job..and it worked great-looked real professional when done. 2) You also need to drill a small hole in the coupler that runs from the duct to the throttle to re-install the vaccumn line from the fuel regulator. I used a small dremel bit and it worked great as well. 3) And lastly, you do not need the rubber seal that was set between the original duct and the maf housing..just slide the new duct onto the housing and tighten down the worm-clamp securley. Other than these few sidetracks..the install went great and I am enjoying some new mods to beef up the old c5. :yesnod: See yall on the next install.
