I ordered a Fuel Recurve Line from Pro Auto Tech and after a month it finally came. A little expensive for a hose and tee, but I guess it will look pretty under the hood. The problem is it came with directions for a Throttle Body Bypass Kit? I have called and left several messages and my Fax # but get no response back from Pro Auto. Does anyone know how I should hook this thing up? Thanx Jeff (98 Convert)
Remove the vacuum line from the accordian hose on the left side, (Just pull, it will come out) and remove other end from fuel regulator. Plug hole in accordian.
On lower right side of intake manifold, just at bottom of throttle body, pull off the rubber hose ( about 1/2 inch diameter) from it's pipe. This hose hits the manifold at 90 degrees from the centerline, that is, it goes onto its pipe, side to side.
place short rubber hose on the "tee", plug it onto the place you pulled the hose off.
Plug original hose into the "tee"
Route the braided (mine was) hose from the "tee" under the throttle body, on up, onto the fuel pressure regulator. ( easier said than done)
