Default HELP: Car wont idle!!!

Well my buddy let someone wash his engine bay and now the car wont idle. He washed it while it was running and then turned it off and on. Now the car goes into Reduced Engine Power, Service Traction Control and what not.

Here are the codes it is throwing.

Car ign off and all the codes clear but P1515.

Car ign on and all the codes clear but 1221 and sometimes 1515also.

Car ign off no codes cleared, it's throwing 1120, 1220, 1221, 1516.

Car acts like it has no throttle at all, sometimes it will idle sometimes it wont. You can put the gas to the floor when it dosent want to idle and it will run up1000-1200 rpms.

If the car does die, you hear clicking from the throttle body.

We swaped the TP sensor with mine and his tb with mine. My car runs and idles fine no codes, his keeps doing the samething.

Car is a 2000 FRC.

Pop the valve cover plastic "beauty covers" off, and then blow everything off with compressed air set to about 40 psi at the nozzle. Be careful not to blow too hard on components. Might have to unplug various connectors and look for water ... which is most likey the issue here.

I never wash the engine compartment of my Zee ... I only use damp micro towels to clean stuff up.

the 1515 and 1516 codes have to do with TPS not agreeing, 1220 and 1221 sound familiar but I'd have to look them up.

In case you don't have it here's the list of codes.

Maybe one of the two grounding points on the frame got wet. Think they talk about them here: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/showthread.php?t=896875

Who ever washed his engine was stupid and must have put a ton of water into the battery area and the TAC module. Well we pulled it out, and blew the ends out with compressed air and cleaned any water out. We out it back in and everything was good.
