Looks like all I need to do is remove the IP cluster bezel.
Edit: NOT... Whole cluster has to come out...

It's easy, you can get the cluster out in about 15 mins. Not sure how easy that front clear plastic comes off though.

I've taken my cluster apart to install the aluminum bezels so I can't figure out how it got in there in the first place. It's one sealed unit when assembled.

Simple solution might be to drill a small hole and suck him out. Not sure whether that would look worse than the fly or not. I have seen instrument clusters with a small hole in a side for venting or other reasons.
