Exhaust Advise
New to the Corvette Community looking for a "refined" exhaust, somewhere between straight pipes and stock :-), I did try searching, it is an 02 Automatic coupe. Basically what im looking for is deeper rumble but not to draw attention, it is an "Automatic" --> im 19 and cops dont really like that i have a vett already, Any help would be appreciated.
In a nutshell: not loud, automatic, exhaust
BTW Im sure this topic has already been run into the hole but i didnt have any luck with the forums search tool.

Sounds to me like you would be most happy with a set of TI cat backs from a Z06. They are pretty tame under normal use but really come to life at wide open throttle.

I think you would be happy with the HOOKER cat back system, based on your reqirements. Slightly louder than stock at idle and cruise; and a nice growl on acceleration. About $600 in the Midamerica Motorworks catalog. Another good alternative is to go to a corvette club meeting or car show, and talk to a few owners and listen to what they have- before you spend the big bucks. Good luck.
