10-PCM Code, what is the cause???

10-PCM Code, what is the cause???
I have a 04' with 5000 miles on it and it set a 10-PCM code. I know it is the Powertrain Control Module. Can anyone tell me what would cause this? I do have a Blackwing, X pipe and Corsa exhaust. I've driven two thousand miles with these mods without problems. Thanks, and Happy Holidays!!!!!!!!!!!! David

The 10 pcm IS THE MODULE that the DIC is displaying. There will be a number after that which is the DTC code. It will look something like this 10PCM 0356 H or 1243 C or 3456 H C
The "H" and "C" sufix at the end of the code indicates if the code is History or Current

You will need to be in the Manual Mode to retreive the DTC codes and erase them

Thank you for the links. I guess I didn't read the directions correctly. I reset the code. Now I'll have to wait and see if it does it again. When the car had about two thousand miles on it, it set a code. The dealer said a valve or something had stuck and freed itself. Thanks again, and Happy Holidays. David
