I put in a new front passenger turn signal bulb and created a bunch of wierd problems. Now, my headlight motors don't operate, my driver side low beam light doesn't work, my fog lights don't come on, and when I turn the headlights on, the dash lights are off. However, when I turn the car off and open the door to get out, they come on. I tested the problem areas and they are not getting any electrical current. I traced them back as far as I could but still couldn't find the source. I also shook the steering column for a loose wire or something. I was tugging on those wires pretty hard to get that damn bulb out and I also got zapped by it in the process. I was hoping someone might know where all of these wires go to and have in common. The fuses are good, maybe a relay? HELP!
The old saying GO BACK TO WHERE YOU WERE LAST goes into effect here!
There are ground wire SPLICE PACKS that connect all of the ground wires together and in turn connect those wires to chassis ground. The splice packs are small square plactic connectors that will be taped to one of the wiring harnesses in the front facia area. You can pop of the white plactic cover in the front of the connector and pull the small metal buss bar out and clean it. Reassemble and see if that fixes the issue. That connector is grounded at the chassis grounds behind each of the head lights Look for a small ground stud with another ground connector behind the head lights on top of the frame.

I cleaned the splice pack, but no luck. The only thing I see behind the drivers side headlight housing is en electrical box with two large connectors on each side. Is THIS the chassis ground????

The thought of taking this to the dealer sickens me when I know I just pulled some stupid wire loose or scraped a small part of the insulation off a wire or blew a fuse or a relay that I can't find. Thanks for your help. Any other info would be greatly appreciated.

Don't give up, you're probably close to solving this.
Start over as if you are replacing the bulb again.
See what your hand comes in contact with, shake some wires and jiggle some connectors.
Make sure you have the fog lights switch on so when you find the problem you'll know it.
Think positive and sometimes it helps to take a break from it and come back.
Let us know when you find it.
I've cleaned connectors, double checked grounds, moved wires, etc. But I also got a little electrical zap when I was trying to fish out the turn signal bulb in the first place. I don't know whether it was the turn signal socket itself that got me, but it was something near there. I checked the fuses under the hood and moved some relays around ( that were the same, of course). Is there another fuse box somewhere? Any idea what gruop of wires that the headlight motors, fog lights, and interior dash lights have in common whether it be a relay or a ground or a fuse or a switch? Those items MUST have something in common separate from other electrical wiring.
I didn't know there was another fuse box under the passenger floor!! A fuse! A stupid fuse!!! Thanks guys for all your help. I've learned more about my Z06 in the last three days than the entire 5 years that I've owned it!! I'm going to like this forum. Thanks again. You guys are the best!!
