I just started getting this code today. Car has long tubes,Hi flo cats xpipe,Route 66 mufflers. Header on car for 3 months, when i got rear O2 sensor codes I replaced the rear sensors with O2 sims. I relaize it an oxygen sensor code. Why has it shown up now? I just filled up with Chevron supreme
Any Ideas? Could a front sensor be going or is bad as code keeps coming back

P0140 is a left rear 02 sensor code, insufficient activity...which means your sim on that side is probably no longer working.
In my experience, the 02 sims don't last very long. I went through 3 sets over the course of 4 years before I finally had the rear 02's tuned out.
