Default Possible EBTCM problem?

I have an '04 A4 Coupe. I put aftermarket wheels/tires on it a while back (bought from a forum member). He told me that there were no sensors in the tires. This was no big deal because i still had about 5-10k left on the tread of these so i would buy them when i got new tires.

Long story short, i haven't driven it much since then. When i would take it out on the parkway i noticed that the service tire mon error disappeard. I ran through the info screens and it reported psi numbers back for all 4 tires (all within the 30-34psi range). It has stayed like this for some time (numbers do change once in a while). I emailed the forum member again and he swore to me he didn't have sensors installed (too pricey).

I also notice once in a while it feels like the left rear brake is being applied when cruising around 60MPH. Its a hard feeling to explain and i can never reproduce it when i drive with my mechanic.

Any ideas? would this be a sympton of the EBTCM issue? thanks guys!

Could be any number of things but the first thing the dealer tech would check (warranty) is the yaw rate sensor mounting. There have been some that are loose. Then they would check the steering sensor, lateral acceleration sensor, steering gear and finally the EBCM.
