that piece thats on the rockers right there, that plugs into the manifold behind the throttle body, what is that? and can it be removed?!

That's part of the vaccum system and should not be removed.

My buddy has a fast intake on his, they took it off and put a vaccum cap over the port on the manifold. thats why i was asking

I think that is the purge for the fuel tank... it removes fumes from the gas tank.
