Default Brake upgrades for your C5

Hi Guys,

We have a full line of StopTech products in-stock for your Corvette.

Braided lines in stock for a quick upgrade.

Stage I kits ,include braided lines, High Performance pads, and 3 bottles of Motul fluid. Upgraded track pads are also available.

Stage II kits, include a full Stage I kit plus your choice of rotors, slotted or drilled. StopTech rotors feature directional vane cooling for increased performance as well as anti-corrosion plating on the center. Zinc washing is also available.

The top of the line, StopTech's big brake kits!

Each kit comes with all of your mounting brackets, stainless steel lines, hardware, calipers, high performance pads, rotors, and instructions. These kits can be had as either a front only upgrade, or four wheel upgraded kits. You also have your choice of a four wheel 4 piston kit or upgrading to the larger ST-60, 6 piston front caliper. StopTech's calipers are also one of the most rigid calipers in the buisness giving you a constant pedal each and every time. Each kit features massive 14 inch (355mm) two piece rotors, with light weight aluminum hats. You have a choice of slotted or drilled rotors as well as zinc coating. Again featuring the AeroRotor which is a StopTech exclusive and the best cooling design that you will find on a rotor to date. All kits are designed to work with your factory ABS system with no modification. Front and four wheel kits with red calipers in stock and ready to ship!

LG Spindle ducts
For added cooling pick up a set of spindle ducts with hose for increased air flow on the track.

If only I could get over my drag racing addiction.

Those look great and I would love a set on my TT ZO6.

go to a track event and use your car for 4 twenty-five minute sessions vs a few 11 second runs and you'll be over it.

I know you are 100% correct... unfortunately the tracks are a lot farther from than the drag strips are. I there was something close you are completely correct... that 25 minutes of racing is nuts. If there were tracks close enough I would actually buy another car and use it specifically for this purpose. I am envious of your racing!!! That is for sure.

EDIT.. oh yeah.. my runs don't last 11 seconds either...

16,99 seconds I see you are in Tenn. I went to Virginia a few times and travel usually 160 miles each way to Pocono and Lime Rock. Long as we all have fun. So don''t leave me hanging what does it run?

LOL.. the best it has run it is 6.80's at 106+ in the 1.8th.. good for mid tens on about 13 pounds of boost.

The car is just about ready with some winter changes and it setup for 17+ now.

Should, BIG SHOULD, be an easy mid 9 second car this year, we will see.
