I have these on my car and feel they are great for the money. I have the cnc'd 243's with 2.02/1.57 Ferrea valves. These are a factory LS6 head that they work over for more flow. With a 232/240 .595/.610 cam I made 432/396 to the rear.

I got mine from www.ls1speed.com

You can buy them directly from Patriot, or get them through one of their dealers (see links on left side of Patriot's homepage for list of vendors who carry their products). I have the #243 heads and I'm very happy with them...great value for the $$$

I have researched the Patriots a lot and most seem to like them. It seems everyone says that phrase, for the money. So my question is, between Patriots and AFR's who wins the race and which has more torque whole way to say, 6500 RPM. Yes, I know AFR's cost more.

Good top end power...lack the port velocity and associated low end response that an aftermarket head such as AFR 205's, TFS 215's, and ETP 215's give you. Worth the money if you have an LS1 and looking for a low cost upgrade. IMHO, not worth the money if you already have LS6 heads.
