Default To remote bleed, or to not remote bleed?

I have seen the remote bleeder offered by LAPD, what do you guys think? Is it worth it? I've never had to bleed the clutch so I don't know if it's a pain in the a$$ or what? Thanks for any help, Dan

I've installed a few recently, IMHO it's really to keep the fluid fresh

Does it make the fluid easier to bleed inittially? I don't plan on having to change the fluid that often, I think that most guys do that with the stock set up because of the sticky pedal, correct?

Default Remote Bleeder

I have one in my car. I would recommend it. It really makes bleeding the clutch a snap.

basically, if you have LT's it's impossible to bleed the clutch without removing the drivers side unless you have the bldr

So it will be worthwhile with a twin set up?

It is pretty much required with a twin turbo set-up. It is also best to upgrade your clutch BEFORE doing a twin turbo install because if you fry your clutch, you will have to remove most of the twin turbo kit underneath the car to replace the clutch and bleeding the clutch will be almost impossible once the TT is in place. We have installed almost 10 APS twin turbo kits so we know firsthand how much work is involved.

My advice to everyone is to have our clutch bleeder to make it a snap to replace your clutch fluid.

If you need anymore info, email us or PM us.

Thanks!

From all the research I have done keeping you clutch fluid clean is key to making it perform. I plan to flush the fluid every time before I track it and when I get back. The money spent on it will be well worth the aggrivation of not having one after the first use I bet.

Having the means to bleed your clutch master is essential and the bleeder that I designed flat out works.

Though others have copied and sold it, none that I am aware of have designed or innovated their own. I guess I should be flattered....but I'm not.

Contact RPM for the newest, billet design and the C6 billet clutch bleeder. No issues with leaking, drawing air or one-person bleeding. All stainless hardware and speed bleeders.

Removing the torque tube is involved in the installation procedure. We recommend installing our clutch bleeder when replacing the clutch and/or slave cylinder as everything is easily accessible at that time.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Thanks!
