are ls6 heads a bolt on to a ls1 motor?there's a set without rockers on fleabay.

I would guess 10-15 hp. They will bolt on, but you need to mind your head gasket selection and you will need new valve covers as well if your car currently had perimeter valve covers. Also, the 243 casting is being passed off by many on Ebay as "LS6" heads, but they are really LS2 heads that don't have the very expensive LS6 lightweight valves in them. Make sure they are the real deal. They only came on the 02-04 Z06, not the 01.
