238/242 .609/.615 111lsa. 431hp and 399tq. But, it really feels like I need a gear change now. No flycut needed.

That just seems to be really tight without having to flycut.. I thought 610 would be the highest lift one could go..

I have an MS4, 239/242 .651"/.609" 111 LSA and didn't have to flycut with stock valves and unmilled heads... with bigger intake valves and milled heads I had to flycut the intake.

There is a G5X4 which I believe is a no flycut on stock heads. It's the shaved heads and oversize valves that generally require flycutting.

The TRex cam was really popular in the stock head F-body world when the G5X3 was out, and it was bigger and meaner, and made a bit more top end power. Not much else out there with more duration and left, the grand am cup cam has less left and less aggresive lobes.

Lots of good info and specs of the common big cams here: LS1tech cam sticky

eg:
G5X2 232/240 .595/.609 112 or 114+4
G5X3: specs unreleased but bigger then the X2
TR Trex 242/248 .608/.612 110+2

Heads milled .055"
Pistons Flycut .080" / .100".

FWIW.

With the MS4 you dont need to fly cut, I am about to install mine with my new stg 1 prc ls6 heads, I wont need to fly cut the pistons at all. That combo with a fast 90mm intake and tb made something like 550 hp on a engine dyno, with a stock bottom end.

I'm running a G5-X2 on a 114... my sig has the idle video in it. However, I took the borlas off for some Corsa Indy's this past weekend.
