When the COLD STOPS,,,,,,, You need to examine a few things:
First and foremost. DOES THE COMPRESSOR CENTER HUB "STOP" SPINNING???????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????? ??????????????????????????????? If it stops spinning, the compressor is cutting OFF for some reason.
GAGES. Put some gages on the system and see what the pressures are telling you just before cut off or when the system STOPS COOLING.
Until you check the above,,,,,, all anyone can do is just GUESS.
