Help!!! Slight Studder at part throtle!!!

I just installed a Vararam intake on my otherwise stock 2001 Z06 and am experiencing a slight studder under part throttle. I did de-screen the maf while I had the intake apart. I am not getting any codes. It has not getten wet or anything. Anyone have any thoughts?

My first thoughts would be....dont descreen it. Then disconnect the battery for a few minutes and then reconnect and drive it around for 30-45 minutes while the computer relearns the fuel trims.
