Pretty simple operation.
1. Manually raise the headlights from under the hood.
2. Remove the three screws from the black plastic bevel and remove the bezel.
3. Remove the 4 torque screws from the painted cover and remove the cover.
4.You will see 4 adjusters on top of the headlight housing that you just turn up or down to raise or lower the painted cover.
Lower the headlight assembly and adjust the 4 nuts as needed. Place the cover back on to check if you got it right. Also if you want to adjust the cover up/down/ left or right there are three screws that you can loosen that allows the cover to rotate so you can even out the gaps around the fender and hood. The general didn't always do such a good job of lining things up on the headlights.
thanks alot, i had the units apart a couple months ago doing the gear replacements and didnt realize that they were off. one of the lights was bouncing around going down the road and i found the pin to the motor arm was off. i found the pin inside there but the plastic bushing was gone. the stealership told me that 5/16 plastic bushing was 700 and some change, had to but entire assy. bulls*#@t. i made one. thanks again for the advise
