Upper O2 sensor re-placement

My 2003 Z06 keeps throwing a code for O2 sensors. Anyone ever re-place their upper sensors? If so, where are they and how difficult is it to re-move and re-place them?

They are easy to install for the exception of working in close quarters. They are located at the front of the exhaust in the manifolds.

I believe that's an emissions control device, and covered for longer than the usual warranty. Have the dealer look at it.

Yes it is for emissions.

Removed them when I put headers on. It's pretty easy as long as you disconnect the wire at the connector on the frame. - C.
