Default Next mods, Heads?? or Blower??

I have a 98 6sp w/46k miles. I have LG headers, LG G5X3 114lsa, corsa exhaust, asp underdrive, ported oil and tb, and a ECS tune at 402RWHP.

So heres what I'm looking for, want to be around 475 -500 RWHP.(with 500 being better )

What are my options?

Will the right heads, Fast 90 and tb with new tune get me there, if not is there anything else I can add to get me where I want to be NA. (without engine swap)

or

Do I just throw a Vortech or Procharger on. (or will this push me way over my goal with my mods).

Don't want to upgrade any of the driveline right away, and most agree LS1 can handle 550hp to 600hp on motor.(if not beat on)

Will drag race some.

All opinions welcomed. Thanks J

Was just in your same situation...decided on the procharger, but I am upgrading the clutch, shaft and adding a DTE Brace too.

I just thought I would never be happy until I went TTor SC.

Works for me, but I would guess others will differ in their decision.

You have to weigh the differences in cost, your desire to remain NA,(or not) and your overall goals, to make that decision. A SC, or other power adder will ultimately give you higher HP with your stock block than any bolt-ons, but it will cost more, and of course, no longer be NA. That last part's not important to some people, you just have to decide what's more important to you. I went H/C, after much deliberation, and figure I can always go FI later.
