I'm still using the Hypertech on a 99". It will download a peak performance tune or I can go in a customize all parameters(redline,rev limit, all shift points,timing, stat.,,gear(up to 3:42), tire size, etc. I'm happy with it so far, but I'll soon outgrow it! :lol: They will have 3:73 programming soon as I get mine installed and on their dyno. :seeya

Here's my .02 worth...
Received my PL just prior to the Forum Cruise-In last Memorial Day and decided to wait until I got to BG to install. Breathless Performance was going to bring their dyno up to BG so I thought Iwould make a couple of runs on the dyno pre-install, then do the install and see the difference.
My baseline pre-install on the dyno was 298 h.p. to the rear wheel and 324 ft/lb torque. After the install, my h.p. jumped 9 h.p. to the rear wheel to 307. So I know there's a power gain.
I drag raced it for the first time ever right after the install at Beech Bend (crappy track) and my best run was 13.17 @ 107 m.p.h. Sorry, don't have a pre-install time, but I'm told by the guys who know more than I do that I should be real happy with my times.
Also, had no probs whatsoever with the install. I really think it's the everyday driving that is the best aspect of the PL. The significantly improved shiftpoints reminds me everyday that this is probably the best mod I've made yet! I'm a happy camper! :D
