Default cam swap NOW... help?

Help...I'm on dial-up and I can't find ANYTHING!!!

I've been reading for months - yadda-yadda I'm going over my notes and search takes for ever and I can't find anything. Now my car is in the air and sans-radiator... a few questions:

1) If I get some rubber something-or-others from auto-zone I won't lose a ton of power steering fluid. What rubber plugs do I need and do they go on the rack or the cooler or the pump? And what size again?

2) I need red and blue locktite. OK, red is for everyting (timing cover, oil-pump, timing gear etc) Where does BLUE go??

3) How do I tighten my rocker arm nuts again? What color locktite is that? I need to empty or not-empty a lifter and bottom out the rocker nut and then back it off a quarter? Is that right???

I've got a 224/228 at .581/.588 lift with 7.40 pushrods... how do I adjust the rockers again???

I apologize... I'm a pin-head... thanks for helping!!!

Do you have e-mail? Its sounds like you are totally lost at this point and will likely get into a lot of trouble doing this swap. I wouldn't proceed unless you have the procedures. Have you looked at LS1howto.com?

Wish I didn't have so much to do this weekend; I'd pop over the pass and give you a hand. Really, all your answers are at ls1howto.com. Take the time to printout the step-by-step instructions. Even with dial-up, it's gonna save you time, and especially, frustration, if you do this first! Good luck.
